A therapy can help you if you are feeling lost or confused, if you are going through a depression, eating disorders, drug and/ or alcohol addictions, behavioral addictions but also in issues such as relationship difficulties, anxiety, lack of self-esteem, cultural and family problems…

On the other hand, therapy is an encounter between two persons. A patient who has a need, and a therapist who will provide a safe and non-judgmental environment where the patient can feel acknowledged, listened to and supported.
It’s a possibility to move forward, to regain your self-esteem, to learn how to cope with your difficulties, to give meaning to your life, to connect with yourself and to live in accordance with yourself and others.
